    Description

    Position Overview:

    • As a Visualizer you will have the opportunity to work closely with our design and construction teams to create compelling visual representations of architectural concepts and projects. This internship offers hands-on experience in architectural visualization software, exposure to real-world projects, and the opportunity to contribute to the creation of stunning architectural designs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
    • Create high-quality 2D and 3D renderings, animations, and virtual walkthroughs of architectural designs using visualization software such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools.
    • Assist in developing and refining design concepts, materials, and spatial arrangements through visual representation.
    • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to iterate and refine visualizations to meet project goals and client expectations.
    • Support the preparation of presentation materials, including renderings, graphics, and animations, for client meetings, proposals, and marketing materials.

    Requirements

    • Recent graduate of a degree program in architecture, interior design, visual arts, or a related field.
    • NYSC Corpers in Batch A, Stream 1 or 2 are encouraged to apply .
    • Proficiency in architectural visualization software such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools is a requirement.
    • Strong artistic and design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team​s.
    • Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for architecture, design, and visual storytelling.
