    Job Description

    • Develop the organisation's corporate messaging to ensure consistency and alignment with brand values and business objectives.
    • Craft compelling content including posts, images, videos and graphics that communicate the organisation's mission, vision and key messages.
    • Develop and drive social media strategies to enhance the organisation's online presence and engage with key stakeholders.
    • Build and nurture a community of followers, respond to comments, inquiries, and engage in conversations.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align communication strategies with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
    • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms
    • Identify customer trends to help with planning social media campaigns.
    • Prepare and distribute internal communications to employees, keeping them informed and engaged with company news and updates.
    • Support crisis communication efforts by providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders and managing communication channels effectively.

    Required Qualifications / Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Proven 3 - 5 years experience in similar role
    • Must posses' skills in digital content creation, social media management and stakeholders' engagement.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing principles.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen eye for details
    • Proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies that support business objectives.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
