I have 3 years experience working in the food and hospitality industry. My background lies in ensuring customer satisfaction of clients, successfully maintaining customer relationships, facilitating sales and providing exceptional services and support to meet and surpass expectations and standards in any organization. I possess excellent persuasive communication skills and I am able to communicate with people at all job levels. I understand what it takes to manage a team, develop strong relationships with clients, assist all types of customers from all walks of life, efficiently meet my targets for each daily task, and maintain a vibrant and ambitious attitude as a representative of my company.
Education
Am a graduate of comp science in Taisolarin university in Ogun state where I obtained my BSc degree.
Throughout my experiences, I have developed skills in meeting business goals, managing customer issues resolving client queries, promoting retention and a proven ability to build rapport with individuals from all walks of life. I am a flexible team player and can adapt to various situations that may occur and handle any additional assigned duties. I have a working knowledge of Microsoft office productivity tools such as Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint and I am very proficient in using the computer for research and in carrying out various official tasks.
