I am a sales, business development and commercial acceleration person with my first and second degrees in Marketing. I have gained quality exposure to organizational management, market entry and growth strategies.  

I currently work for Soadleo Global Resources where I have delivered a 23% performance increase in 6 months,

I have vast experience in the market and stakeholder analysis. I have good business partners’ acquisition/recruitment strategies, supply chain management, sales target/team management, sales location and territory delineation analysis.

I led a team that increased sales volume in Ado-Ekiti for Consolidated/Nigerian Breweries Plc by an annual average of 31%.  My team and I grew the market share with a yearly average of 9% as Sales Executive and also increased the retail outlets from 88 to 250 retail outlets for the firm.

I managed a team to deliver 103% of my 2020/21 financial year target ((N683.54m ) and grew the territory sales turnover by 49%.

 I am a trained, experienced and results-driven Senior Sales and Business Development Manager. I have good channel strategy and good sales execution skills. 

As an Area Sales Manager (ASM), I led a team to introduce a new product (Magen-Roi cement) to my area of coverage (Ogun state, part of Lagos state, Osun state and Oyo state). I achieved a 6% market share in six (6) months, built the distributors’ database from Zero (0) to one hundred and thirty-three (133) distributors in 4 years, grew 12 Key customers with an annual turnover of N0.8b to N28b in 4 years.

I have good leadership skills; I managed a sales team to increase sales in a territory by 44% over the previous financial year.
