Duties Performed: 

• Recruited new staff
• Ensured payment to staff was timely and correctly done.
• Monitored staff performance and attendance
• Prepared communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, letters, proposals, agreement and other correspondence
• Created and maintaining filing systems, both electronically and physically.
• Answered phones and routed calls to the correct person or took messages.
• Filed and retrieved corporate records, documents, and reports
• Scheduled and organized the company meeting
• Accurately recorded minutes from meetings.
• Researched and conducted data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
• Greeted visitors and decided if they should be able to meet with executives.
• Read and analyzed incoming memos, submissions, and distributed them as needed.
• Performed office duties that included ordering supplies and managing a records database.
• Opened, sorted and distributed incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence.
