• Researched and conducted data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
• Greeted visitors and decided if they should be able to meet with executives.
• Read and analyzed incoming memos, submissions, and distributed them as needed.
• Performed office duties that included ordering supplies and managing a records database.
• Opened, sorted and distributed incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence.
• Provided general administrative support
• Used various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
