I am a Customer Service Representative with 3 years Relationship Management experience. I am committed to helping lives and improving living conditions in my immediate community and I am enthusiastic about meeting people, building healthy relationships and bringing out the best in them thereby enhancing workplace productivity. I am adventurous and result oriented person. I am adventurous, ambitious, confident, courteous, and devoted.
I am an easy-going person, focused, enthusiastic, open-minded, patient and friendly. I am very good at planning also detailed-oriented, organised, accurate, determined and flexible. I am adaptable to changes, enjoy working with people. Long term goal is to bring about positive results. 

I possess various problem solving skills, analytical and administrative skills, market identification as well as proficient in the use of various IT softwares. 

I am IT savvy in the use of many programs and applications and I have about 3 years experience working as a Customer Service Representative with a team that consistently delivers excellent and quality results. I am currently a customer service officer with Polaris Bank Limited and worked previously as a relationship manager.

I am a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria where I studied English Language (Edu). I’m also a graduate of Federal College of Education Kontagora from 2013 to 2016 respectively.
