● Handle all appeals needed to be done once a client gets a denial notice for His/Her claim, this is to further push for either a reconsideration on the claim or request to go before a judge for a Hearing.
● Identify and escalate issues to Supervisors/Team-Lead.
● Provide product and service information to customers.
● Call Social Security Administration to verify status of Claim and follow up with Client.
● Call Client to get their most recent medical update.
● Update existing Client's Information on the basic CRM Software (Salesforce).
● Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
● Recognize, document and alert the management team of trends in Client's calls.
● Complete call logs and reports.
● Paying close attention to details.
● Other duty as assigned.
