development projects. I have expertise in resource management, strategic planning, and quality 
assurance. My ability to successfully manage stakeholders and maintain an efficient team environment 
has led to the successful delivery of multiple multi-million-naira construction projects within tight 
deadlines and budgets. I possess core skills in project planning and design, vendor management, 
requirement capturing, structural design and interpretation, in-depth knowledge of construction codes, 
Microsoft Project, and Primavera for developing work breakdown structure and project scheduling, and 
Prolog for project control and monitoring. Additionally, I have experience with Autodesk packages, and 
I am proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages for analyses, reporting, and communication.
