- Experience with network monitoring tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud computing platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant industry certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
