Salt and Light Consulting is a human resources consulting agency with the focus of pairing employers and employees that are seeking similar expectations respectively. We mostly recruit for financial services and we are passionate at both employer and employee finding the best fit from the stages of interview to the onboarding of chosen employees.

We are looking for transparent, hardworking, dedicated employees in the financial services industry living in Lagos state ready to work for a company with about 20 staff and ready to have ownership of job roles with a mindset to fast growth both in renumeration and job roles.
