Juliet Odulaja

Experienced Human Resources Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the banking industry. Skilled in Human Capital Management, Political Science, Public Speaking, and International Relations. Strong human resources professional with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) focused in Human resources management from Brunel University.

I have engaged in a number of jobs not directly related to my degrees but quite helpful to developing my skills.  I was on a part time job in Hunters Estate Agency, Surrey Quays, London as a sales consultant, Eight8 Lettings, Woolwich, London as a lettings assistant and Able Trust Care as an Administrator. These jobs have developed my communication skill, organizational skill and I have been able to use Microsoft offices more efficiently. I started my career fully as the Office Manager at Bellaz Education Services and Training where I was enlightened and trained to work in the Nigerian system. I also took up some HR roles like recruitment and benefit administration. My second work experience was with Stanbic IBTC one of the leading banks in the industry where I worked as a client service officer. There, I was enlightened on the Nigerian monetary system and I also learnt to work under pressure and with integrity. I also learnt how to manage customer's expectations. I went fully into my Human Resources career when I joined Cormart Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of the TGI group where I joined as a Human Resources Officer. Today, I am a Deputy Manager within the team, specifically the Human Resources Business Partner for their main manufacturing plant in Ogun State.

 I am a very hardworking and smart lady now looking for opportunities to delve into other sectors and contribute to the growth of as many organizations through the Human Resources function.
