Ireoluwa Oguntuase

Ireoluwa Oguntuase, (Esq). is a legal practitioner with commendable experience in Family Law, Labour Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Commercial Transactions. He has advised individuals and top tier organizations on the applicable laws in various sectors of the Nigerian economy, particularly relating to Labour, Family, Dispute Resolution, and other commercial transactions. He is particularly skilled in litigation and at several times, represented different organizations at several levels of Courts in Nigeria. He is also a Lecturer in Labour Law, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. (CIPM) and regarded by clients and colleagues as an attorney that leaves no stone unturned while handling any case. He has been guests on several radio stations and virtual programs where he shared his views on Labour related matters such as Gender Discrimination at the Workplace, Intricate Issues in Labour Law, the Labour and the Labour Act, Termination and Reduction of Wages During COVID 19, Maternity Leave just to mention a few. He also routinely advises victims of domestic violence and has handled couple of pro-bono cases relating to Domestic Violence in Nigeria.
