Naomi Chilaka

I am an adventurous, curious and smart young lady with a creative pen. 

Many things define my writings; Random thoughts, personal experiences, inspiration from nature and objects, the works of different creatives and most importantly, the never-ending deliverables. Every time I write, it’s almost like a sorcerer casting layers of spells to create some sort of magic that makes people dumbfounded.

In the last 5 years, I’ve learned to love my ugly first drafts. I enjoy finding my mojo for every piece. I love the process of writing to fill an insatiable audience, who will still look for a second opinion, despite telling them that swallowing banana is bad news for their voice. 

I enjoy working with an agile team to create beautiful yet problem solving solutions for a product/brand.

My values humility, proficiency and integrity. I like to always author my works with excellence and offer as much value as I can wherever I find myself.

I have 2 years experience in creative writing and marketing communications. I have written content for brands like Gulder, Visa, Scanfrost, Quaker oats, Pepsi, Dangote salt, NerdzFactory, etc.

In the last 2 years, I have collaborated with a 4 man team and led the content  department where I create creative content for social media, blogs, website, newsletters and content strategies to help grow their online community and scale brand awareness across our digital native users.

I gained a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos in 2021 and I came out with a second class upper.
