Professional with many years of experience in systems and network administration, user support, combined with strong on-the-job training and an ability to gain new knowledge. I worked with many companies to design and deploy their computer systems.

Experience

  • System administration: Windows (Active Directory, GPO, DCHP, DNS, Radius, File Server, WSUS...), Linux (Dedian, CentOs, Proxy Squid...)
  •  Network and system monitoring (15 sites in many countries), alerts reporting in compliance with SLAs. Tools: Solarwinds Orion, GLPI, Service Now, Centreon, Jira etc.
  •  Level 2 and 3 user support:  handling system and network requests in accordance with procedures, security standards, priorities and service level agreements.
  • Network Administration with CISCO-FORTINET (Vlan setup, VPN account management, managing flow on ASA, ACL, FORTI-PROXY WLC and AP etc.)
