Roles Descriptions/Job Profile:

·        Responding to client support requests.

·        Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.

·        Traveling to the client’s location or connecting via a remote link.

·        Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

·        Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.

·        Installing and upgrading Operating Systems and Computer Software.

·        Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.

·        Advising on software or hardware upgrades.

·        Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from clients or other employees

·        Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage

·        Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware

·        Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems

·        Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions

·        Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company

·        Providing basic training in computer operation and management.

·        Monitor WAN, radio connection and Wi-Fi access point devices using PRTG

·        Backup management of Tally Server
