A Seasoned agricultural Extension Agent 

 I started my career as a village level Agricultural extension agent were both crops and livestock farmers were my clients. In that capacity I worked with farm households and assisted them to boost their production by increased yield using improved technologies (innovations) as such having experience in working in remote areas. In addition to that I assisted them to improve their livelihoods using improved postharvest technologies and value addition to their produce as well as income generation  (IGA). I also have experience in managing livelihoods program.

   In addition to that I am having experience in public private partnership and working with community-based organization and a good collaborator. I am also having an experience in innovative approach in working with rural households as participated in Fodder Innovation Project a collaborative project run by International Livestock Institute.

I am having experience in designing, planning of training, and conducting of training and therefore have good facilitation skills using participatory approach. I am also a good team player and collaborations with relevant actors to deliver project objectives.

   I also have experience in value chains of both crops and livestock in northern Nigeria and having more than twenty years experience in working with farmers. I assured you to be diligent in the discharge of duties to archive company’ objectives.
