I am a seasoned agricultural professional of 9+ years, specializes at promoting transformational agriculture and rural economy targeted at enhancing food security, resilience and livelihoods. Solid background and experience in the field of research and development pertaining to crop production for dynamic project including digital agric-tech at the farm level.
 

In my role as the Head Agronomist for AgroMall, I was in charge of the agronomy and extension management services that provided support to more than 100,000 small-holder farmers with agronomy services needed for accelerated food growth and revenue earnings.
I took the lead in the designing of agricultural content, training and preparing the field extension supervisors and farmers on impactful agricultural practices (IAPs).  

Highlights of my job accomplishments include:
Created strategies and processes- Agric contents and SOP documents for field operations, monitoring extension (M&E) agronomy advisory services for all AgroMall farmers’ support programs. 
Total Farmers Impacted: 100,000 + farmers
Total States Covered: 10+ states
Estimated Value of Support: 2 billion naira (#2,000,000,000+)
Impact Rate: 85% 
Worked with the Tech team to develop and deliver digital technologies that optimized AgroMall field operation.
Products: ADAP (Agromall Digital Agricultural Platform), Tellagri andBoAT App.
Services: Digitized farm and farmer KYC, digitized agronomy advisory services (SMS, IVR) digitized payments and financial services.
