I am Shema’u Mu’azu, a resident of Kudan town, Kudan L.G of Kaduna State.
I am thirty four (36) years old and holds National diploma in community health (CHO) from Ahmadu Bello university teaching Hospital Zaria. I have worked as Community Development Outreach Officer, DFID/UKAID Mobilizing for Development Project August 2014-2018, Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital Zaria (3 Month Practical Experience),I also take part as an independent monitor on Immunization plus Days using an open data kits (ODK) to measure the impact of IPDs and to assess community perception on polio, also served as team Supervisor in the Immunization Plus Days (IPDs) programme from 2011- 2014 where we sensitized the parents on the importance of the immunization,. I also served as a Field Volunteer with WHO where we took data of ante-natal and post-natal care and ensure the proper use of some facility material like Tickler bags, poster and proper placing of guidelines in the year 2012. I was also engaged in community mobilisation under Primary Health Care services in Kudan LGA of Kaduna State also attended training a 4 days training on preparedness and response to Corona virus disease 2019 manual at primary health care level. I also worked with SFH-ANRiN as Adolescent Supervisor Kudan. This makes me capable of serving your team diligently if given the opportunity.
Furthermore, I am a competent communicator in Hausa, with good writing and speaking skills in English Language. I am also good at basic computer skills.
