About Emmanuel Okhiria:

I am a product manager with excellent product planning, research, communication, collaboration and leadership skills, and I am seeking to join an ambitious company where I can work closely with senior product managers, engineering and design teams, to achieve business goals, as well as continue to learn in the process.

Through hard work, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills, I am energetic and eager to contribute to the success of the team. My goal is to learn, grow, and excel in every position I hold.

Experience

Currently, I am employed as an Application Support Officer. I am actively seeking opportunities to initiate a career in Product Management. Upon reviewing my resume, you will discover that I possess the requisite training, substantiated by various certifications.

As an Application Support Officer, below are some of the everyday duties;

  • I assisted the software team as an app tester.
  • I carried out onboarding sessions for clients
  • Solved software issues for clients and stakeholders
  • I worked with developers, testers, and product managers throughout a product's lifecycle.
  • I  occasionally work as a scrum master
  • Prepared documents for software applications
  • Delivering regular and customized trainings to teams within the business
