About Benjamin Usuah:

In my over 10 plus years of experience across diverse industries, from consultancy, food, manufacturing, oil and gas, real estate, the retail trade sector, and consumer service providers, I have developed as part of my core competence, corporate service management, facilities management and administrative management processes, skills to support operations for various departments within these organizations and improve business continuity. These competencies also borders across general office management, personnel management, procurement buying, fleet management, vendor management, SLA, budgeting and CAPEX for business management, occupational health, safety, and environment management functions with references to daily facilities management workflow for all hard and soft services, planned preventive and corrective maintenance, environmental sustainability, Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment management in line with the Integrated Management System, ISO, OSHA standards and global best practices. 

I believe I could be a good fit in any organization and bringing in values and drive that can meet delivery processes and organizational goals and objectives with a drive for profit maximization and business sustainability using the lean approach.

While also developing in business administration and general administrative functions, I have also self-developed and engaged in required training and certification courses all in relevant areas to all the basic industrial management systems, Incident management, and minimum safety industrial training for all industries for which I have also been able to manage various teams of different sizes. 

I am a believer of whelming excellence and prospect on taking new challenges.
