    Responsibilities:
    Event Planning and Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of investment summits and forums, ensuring all logistical aspects are meticulously coordinated.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement event strategies aligned with government objectives and industry trends.

    Post-Event Evaluation

  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each summit or forum, gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders to continually improve future events.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide comprehensive reports to the executive team.


    Risk Management

  • Identify potential risks associated with event planning and execution and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks.


    Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing operations team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively, ensuring each team contributes to the overall success of the events.


    Financial Management

  • Develop budgets for events and monitor expenses to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising the quality and impact of the events.


    Logistics Management

  • Oversee the logistical aspects of each event, including venue selection, accommodations, transportation, and catering, to guarantee a seamless and professional experience for attendees.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive pricing and reliable services.
  • Work with media agencies to ensure event success.


    Government Relations

  • Establish and nurture relationships with government officials, key stakeholders, and relevant authorities to ensure the smooth collaboration and participation of government representatives in the events.
  • Stay abreast of government policies, economic trends, and investment priorities to align the company's initiatives with national and regional goals.


    Business Development/Operations

  • Develop plans to attract local and international participants, speakers, and sponsors to increase the summit's global influence.
  • Curate and market forums/summits to a wide government.

    Requirements:

  • Leadership: Minimum 5 years leading high-performing teams.
  • Financial Management: Solid budgeting and cost-saving skills.
  • Logistics Expertise: Seamless oversight of event logistics.
  • Business Development: Attracting global participants and sponsors.
  • Strategic Thinking: Aligning strategies with government objectives.
  • Risk Management: Proficient in identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborative Approach: Fostering a positive and productive team culture.
  • Minimum 5 Years Experience: Relevant leadership experience in event planning and government relations
