About Anyanebechi Chidinma:

I'm a graduate of English language with over 2 years' experience in customer service.  I have developed impeccable phone manners, ability to calm agitated customers and I also have good time management skills which allows me to stay on top of deadlines, thereby allowing ample time to fix any issue that may arise last-minute during projects. I'm currently a customer support officer in a fintech.

• Answer moderately complex inquiries by customer; refer high-level inquiries to the appropriate staff/unit.
• Mentor and train inexperienced customer support associates; assist with problem resolutions.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional customer support.

I have also worked as a telesales representative with Union bank and my job role includes;
•Generate prospective customers through cold calling and closes sales generated through cold calling by displaying excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.

•Placing phone calls to potential and existing customers to educate them on products and services being offered by the bank.

Bachelor of Arts in English Language

Graduated from Anambra state university.
