Adesola Adesanya

I am passionate about venture capital, startup growth, financing and big data across the African market. I have experience with early-stage investment, building financial modules, providing stakeholder reports, portfolio management, market research and providing support for startups.

My interest in Venture Capital started in 2020 as a volunteer with an all female angel investors network. The value I added to the team was applaudable, so I was hired as the operations associate where I worked with the investment lead to source deals, screen deals, organize mentoring sessions for founders, develop partnerships and portfolio management. This opportunity grew my network across founders, investors and ecosystem players. Since then, I have been able to hone my skills and develop expertise in sourcing deals, screening deals, conducting due diligence, preparing investors report and memos, tracking startup's KPI's and organizing mixers. Overtime, I have taken courses on financial analysis, data analysis, investment analysis. This has helped me make better and more informed investment decisions. To further intensify my work, I have developed relationships with incubator hubs and accelerator hubs to connect early stage startups with investors.
