• Establish and maintain OPCO’s Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) processes and procedures to maintain Oracle Cloud ERP infrastructure in order to assure Stakeholders (OPCO Executives, Auditors etc.) that OPCO’s assets on the ERP platform are safe and well protected.   
• To develop the OPCO vision and strategic plan to optimize the use of Oracle Cloud ERP and drive the overall benefit realization and return on investment on the platform
