Chijioke Adigwe (CJ)

I am result-oriented biochemist with excellent collaborative, organization and technical communication skills with six years’ experience in research, quality control, teaching, supervising, inventory management and operations. During this time, I have developed the ability to be logical and pay attention to details such as in sampling and analyzing with the goal of becoming a laboratory/research scientist or handling a managerial position in a public or a private sector. I am proficient in chemical analysis, environmental, industrial toxicology and enzymology as a result of many years of research. I bring critical thinking, good judgment, problem solving, teamwork and the ability to set priorities with proven aptitude to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with great ease and stability. I volunteer as a teacher, INEC volunteer staff during my Nation Youth Service year, I was a federal road safety cadet in chief in order to help the community to create a better and safe environment for the people Igbara-odo and Oguntun communities. This excites me every morning. 

• Develop an effective method for product flow, equipment and product handling.
• Consistently maintained processing and verifying orders speed in the 95th percentile. Managed a team of 20 warehouse employees; trained 3 new team members, including two invoice handlers.
• In 2019, received a master’s degree award for my dissertation on “Antioxidant and Anti-Inflammatory Properties of Securidaca Longipedunculata” potent in the treatment of rheumatism
• In 2013, contributed to programming, processing and quality control department (PPQC) winning an award for outstanding department for consistently ensuring products met required specifications through inspections and analysis of plant stream products such as Dual-Purpose Kerosene (DPK) and Premium Motor Spirit (PMS)
• In 2019, Improved average class mark by 45.4% of about 250 students in the subjects of chemistry and biology in Ugborikoko Secondary School
• In 2020, Solved 15-25 tickets of SIM upgrade per day at the field exceeding the daily target of 10 per day
• In 2015 was presented the Leadership Award for revamping the FRSC community development service at Igbara-Odo community with my team for carrying out several road sign projects and sensitization on road safety for both personal safety and transport companies in which five (5) hours of our time was dedicated to make it happen
