THE EFFECTS OF WORDS AND THE POWER OF THOUGHTS

The kind of talk you engaged in has a profound impact on the quality of your life. The language you used to describe your circumstances determines how you see experiences and participate in them and dramatically affects how you deal with your life and confront problems both big and small.

The harmony between thought and reality can be found in the grammar of the language. Positive self=talk can dramatically improve mood, boost confidence, increase productivity, etc Negative self-talk cannot only put us in a bad mood, but it can also leave us feeling helpless. It can make small problems seem bigger and even create problems where none existed before. 

'If human emotions largely result from thinking, then one may appreciably control one's feelings by controlling one's thoughts-or by changing the internalized
sentences, or self-talk, with which one largely created the feeling in the first place. Some of the things we say and do are not always particularly rational but we seem to say and do them anyway. We never really see what we are leaving ourselves with or the emotional residue of engaging in even the mildest of negative self-talk. Negative self-talk leads to anger, sadness, or frustration that manifests in different or seemingly unrelated situations

The more you tell yourself how hard something is, the harder it will become. Since we are constantly learning to a steady stream of our automatic inner thoughts and have become so accustomed to the critical voice in our head heads, we often don't realize how negative thoughts impact our mood and behavior at any given moment.

The way we talk does not only affects us at the moment, it can seep into our subconscious and become internalized, changing our thoughts and behavior in the long term we can use strong, assertive language over time to create lasting change in our lives. The best way to shape our thoughts is through conscious, decisive self-talk. Our brain is constantly arranging and rearranging the neural pathways that control how we think and behave.

No matter, how difficult, challenging, or pressing life's circumstances can be, how you fundamentally relate to and engage with those circumstances will have the biggest say how in how they turn out. How we talk, think about, and perceived our surroundings is the very foundation for our reality. Create the reality you want to live in and begin the process of having the kind of conversation with yourself and others. 

Relate to your problems as opportunities and become curious and engaged with them because there is no greater knowledge than the knowledge you have verified for yourself, in your own experiences

Anytime a negative thought concerning your power comes to mind, deliberately released a positive thought to eliminate it. We can use strong, assertive language  over time to create lasting change in our lives. Make a conscious choice to talk in a way that is helpful rather than harmful.

Instead of weighing yourself down with negative opinions of yourself and your circumstances- you can break through the self-imposed barriers that are truly holding you back. One of the beautiful things about really taking a hard look at your life and goals is that doing so forces you to re-evaluate the path that leads to them
