JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications and ExperienceDegree in Business Management or a related field preferred.2-3 years experience in project management or a similar role in the tech industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.Highly organized and able to multitask.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Key Competencies & Behavioural Expectations:Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skillsExcellent collaboration, and organizational skills.Relationship management and negotiation skillsAttention to detail and accuracy

RESPONSIBILITIES

Liaising with stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.Playing a vital role in the planning, development, and coordination of projects.Performing routine administrative tasks such as invoice preparation, estimate provision, and meeting scheduling.Maintaining consistent reporting on project progress.Timely and efficient completion of tasks assigned by the Project Manager.Managing project life cycles to ensure the timely delivery of projects with established budgets and quality standards.Engaging stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with project objectives.Building project scope statements, developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and creating project plans grounded in relevant methodologies.Applying principles of quality management throughout the project lifecycle.Proactively tracking project progress to monitor risks and identify potential issues.
