    JOB SUMMARY

    To work across Product teams as an Associate product manager by providingProduct Research & analysis support, enhanced and new product/feature launches and effective Go-To-Market implementation as well as product performance support, to achieve product market-fit while also exceeding business outcomes and Business strategy (grow revenue, new market penetration and market share).

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Awareness of the market dynamics, competitors and changing customer needs.Define product initiatives a minor/major feature & contribute to major features and optimizations of existing ones, incorporating them into product roadmaps.Participate & contribute to product discoveryGathering product data, including web analytics, statistics, and consumer trendsStay abreast of market insights & competitor productConduct user research consumer research data and recording product defectsAnalyzing consumer research data and recording product defectsCollaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needsAnalyze metrics that inform the success of products and provide regular reporting and analytics to monitor key product trends and performance.Track and report on product KPI, SLO, Goals & MetricsTrack and report on Market share in comparison to competitors and customer feedback drawing trends and insights to enable data-driven decision making.Gathering product data, including web analytics, statistics, customer complaints, and consumer trends etcOwn the product backlog (i.e. continually manages, refines and prioritizes the backlog based on customer value and overall product & company strategy.)Develop detailed product feature requirements and ensure they are clearlyunderstood by relevant teamsCollaborate with external and internal stakeholders to effectively build, launch, commercialize and communicate new product features.Coordinate product demonstrations of new functionality to stakeholder, customers & solicit feedback.Work with other Associate Product Managers to enhance the delivery of crossproduct functionality.
