    JOB SUMMARY

    Qualifications / RequirementsBSc / HND in any fieldExperience in Operations is an advantageSkills / Competencies:Interpersonal and verbal communication skillsTime management and prioritization skillsOrganizational skillsAssertiveness

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Create and monitor Operational KPI's of process owners.Effectively communicate newly developed process/policies to the necessary stakeholdersHelp drive the implementation of all process and policies across all sales related unitWork directly with stakeholders to create implementation plans and complete milestonesWork with learning and development to organize trainings for staffs to help them better understand business processes and policiesIndependently implement, administer and evaluate day-to-day activities across all sales related departmentsIdentify and execute given tasks and objectives, making recommendations that impact policies and processesReview analyzed data to explain trends; formulate and evaluate alternative solutionsAnalyze and interpret policies; review and implement procedures for program or functionGive optimal reports and escalate when necessary.
