We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Coordinate and facilitate communication between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and milestones.
Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Anticipate the needs of the executive team and proactively address them.
Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
