    Job Description
    Schedule Management:

    • Manage calendars for executives, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
    • Prioritize emails and phone calls, ensuring executives are aware of important communications.

    Transaction and Client Support:

    • Assist with preparing documents for property sales or leases.
    • Manage communication with clients regarding appointments, showings, and lease agreements.
    • Maintain property files and records.

    Administrative Tasks:

    • Organize travel arrangements for the CEO or Clients, including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
    • Prepare presentations or reports as needed.Draft and send routine emails or letters.
    • Research market trends or competitor activity.

    Requirements / Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
    • 0-2 years of experience.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
    • Proficient in Ms Excel, Ms word and Office suite.
