This is a high-stakes field-first leadership role where youll drive high-volume user acquisition through institutional B2B2C partnerships and direct-to-consumer grassroots activations. Key responsibilities include territory dominance direct sales institutionals partnership acquisition field force leadership channel development operational rigor CRM discipline market intelligence brand custodianship.

Qualifications

  • Experience minimum 5+ years of rugged sales experience in high-velocity sectors FMCG Fintech or Real Estate.
  • Track Record proven ability to hit aggressive monthly targets and manage complex sales cycles from lead to contract.
  • Leadership experience managing large teams of field agents or brand ambassadors 20+ people in the Nigerian market.
  • Mindset Hunter mentality with high accountability we value results over excuses regarding environmental or technical challenges.
