    JOB SUMMARY

    HND/B.Sc degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred.3 + years experience in bookkeepingProficiency with QuickBooks and MS ExcelAbility to process high-volume vendor paymentsStrong debits/credits knowledgeStable job historyExperience with general ledger functionsStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsAdditional certification (ICAN) is a plus

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Post and process Accounts Payable journal entries in QuickBooksMaintain bank reconciliations for the organizationCompute taxes and prepare tax returnsPrepare budget forecastsPublish financial statements in timeHandle monthly, quarterly and annual closingsReconcile accounts payable and receivableEnsure timely bank paymentsManage all accounting transactionsManage balance sheets and profit/loss statementsReinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessaryComply with financial policies and regulations.
