    ABOUT THE COMPANY

    Technology for Social Change and Development Initiative is a non-profit organization founded in 2016. Tech4Dev was established to empower African communities with digital skills that will bridge the gap of unskilled labour needed for the future of work. We have over the years, implemented projects that inspire, advocate, and train people on basic digital skills, programming skills, and essential skills needed for the future of work. The African youth is inaptly engaged in low-quality jobs with low opportunities for sustainable development. As low-skilled jobs are lost to automation, it is critical that young people are equipped with the necessary skills to secure decent work.

    JOB SUMMARY

    Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a Partnerships and Sustainabilityrole or a related field Strong writing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent time-management skills Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.Method of ApplicationInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: the provided email address using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Develop partner networks and strategic partnerships globally Implement a partnership strategy to increase the reach and impact of Tech4Dev's mission Conceptualize new strategic initiatives that could be built around or benefit from corporate organizations, foundations, government, bilateral organizations or other partnerships Expand and diversify the organization's funding base/pipeline and work closely with other team members to secure funding for new and old initiatives Facilitate strategic engagement with relevant International and National stakeholders on conservation and Tech4Dev related issues Supports the Executive Director in managing relations with the Board and all partners of Tech4Dev Facilitate internal and external communications and visibility as the organization spokesperson on partnerships issues Lead the ideation, preparation and delivery of tactical and strategic updates on strategic partnerships requested by the leadership team, board of directors and other priority donors Oversee and organize events that include, but are not limited to, partner socials, the annual meeting, and monthly prospect events Manage reporting and financial tracking of strategic partnership
