About Tajudeen Ibrahim:
Tajudeen is a true Africa and has supported the development of governance documents for Regional Coordinating Mecchanism, ALCO when it was conditioned for grant renewal in 2015. I have also supported the region in the development of M&E framework for grant implementation and Supervision.
I have equally participated in the review and selection of Implementer Bloc Leadership at different capacity.
Tajudeen, played active role in the organization of the first Africa Partnership meeting in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, May 2015 and the development of the Strategy Objectives of the Global Fund through the SIIC Committee under the Leadership of former Minister of Health, Rwanda and ESA Board Member.
Between 2008 – todate, I have been actively involved in the grant monitoring and evaluation in Nigeria. I participated in the development of the first CCM Dashbaord with the MSH Consultant in 2009. I conducted Dashboard step down training of the PRs, CCM Oversight Committee Members and Sub-Recipients and responsible for the production of CCM summary dashboard quartely for all PR.
Mr. Ibrahim is knowledgeable on the Global Fund Operation and has facilitated CCM membership renewals on a three year basis to ensure compliance as required by the Eligibility Performance Assessment criteria. I supported the restructuring of CCM Nigeria as I supported ALCO-RCM membership restructuring in 2016/2017.
Mr. Tajudeen Ibrahim, is a qualified, experienced and dedicated Public Health Specialist/development worker for over 20 years with special interest in Organizational Coordination and strategy development, Service Delivery and Healthcare management.
Tajudeen is a Microbiologist and have worked in the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, and Microbiology department. The Isolation of Micro-organism and the general knowledge of microbial infections: Pathogenesis, Immunity, Laboratory Diagnosis and Control are areas of priority. His knowledge of introduction to practical Bacteriology and Virology as applied to Medicine and Public Health is also a key area of his interest.
Tajudeen Olaitan, has attained the highest level in Programmes planning, design, implementation, oversight, coordination and engagement in Nigeria, Africa and at Global Fund Level. He has lead several discussions that helped in strengthen organizations in attaining set domestic and international priorities. Mobilization of resource through a robust gap analysis at all level with focus on evidence is another area in which he excels. These include policies development in line with the governance of the Global Fund and policies relating to how countries design and deliver programs. I supported the development of core policies and regulations, terms of reference and other guidelines for CCM operation at country level. The
Mr. Ibrahim has passion for Procurement and Supply Chain management and certified with PGD Logistic Supply Chain. I have supported the National Supply Chain Integrated Project in the development of the Policies documents with the Country National Health Product Supply Chain Profile.
I have required skill in development of Funding Request with knowledge of risk and mitigation measures.
