• Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the company's brand identity and business objectives.
• Lead the conceptualization and design of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, signage, websites, and digital content.
• Manage the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables within established timelines and budgets.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in design, marketing, and real estate to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to internal and external partners, including graphic designers, copywriters, photographers, and agencies.
• Oversee the production of multimedia content, such as videos, virtual tours, and 3D renderings, to showcase properties and enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
• Analyze the performance of creative initiatives using data and metrics to optimize future campaigns and strategies.
• Cultivate a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence within the organization, inspiring team members to push boundaries and exceed expectations.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the real estate or related industry.
• Proven expertise in graphic design, branding, and visual storytelling, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and/or Figma.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of real estate marketing trends, consumer behavior, and industry dynamics is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing principles is a plus.
• Experience with video editing and production is highly desirable.
