    JOB SUMMARY

    Examining and analyzing body fluids, tissues and cellsIdentifying potentially harmful microorganismsAnalyzing the chemical makeup of body fluidsTesting blood for drug levels to measure the efficacy of particular treatmentsEvaluating test results for accuracyHelping interpret test results for physiciansOperating, maintaining and repairing clinical instrumentsUsing complex computer systems for data entry, retrieval and analysisEnsuring quality control throughout the labSupervising inventoryTeaching proper laboratory practices to students and healthcare personnel.RequirementsCandidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
