Ijebu Ode, Ogun State


Key Responsibilities:
 Act as focal point for all travel and transport-related matters including flight bookings, accommodation for travelling staff and servicing of taxi requests
 Supervise and coordinate field operations, including delivery schedules, dispatching, and transportation activities
 Timely planning, communication, and coordination with the requesting staff/programs regarding their travel requests
 Liaising with travel service providers for provision of travel services
 Collect and share market intelligence information that may be critical for effective provision of Travel and Transport services
 Monitor the performance of transport and travel service providers and initiate corrective actions where necessary
 Any other relevant duties as may be assigned by supervisor
 Manages the fleet reporting and analysis


Requirements:
 SSCE or OND in any relevant field of discipline
 0-2 years of relevant work experience
 Must be of close proximity to the above named Location
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 Attention to detail
 At least an average proficiency in MS- Word
 Experience in a Transport or Logistics Company is also an added advantage
