    Description

    Job Summary
    The sales executive will support the boutique manager to deliver outstanding customer service to customers, ensuring the achievement of the boutiques business goals sales and profitability as well as to promote and enhance the brand, in line with corporate policies and procedures.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Present, promote and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers.
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
    • Reach out to customers leads through cold calling and storming.
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
    • Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
    • Reactivation of dormant account
    • Follow up with clients
    • Present, promote and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers.

    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and others departments.
    • Analyze the territory market's potential, track sales and status reports.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
    • Related Professional Training, Certification or Membership
    • Preferably a background of at least 7 years specializing sales
    • Experience in top luxury companies, FMCG and top tier banks will be an added advantage
    • Candidate with work experience managing high networth individuals
    • Candidates with work experience working as Affluent and private banker
    • A repat and cosmopolitan person
