JOB SUMMARY

RequirementsMinimum of 5 years experience in relevant fieldWork experience as an Accountant.Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Hands-on experience with accounting software like ERPAdvanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tablesExperience with general ledger functionsStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsBSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree

RESPONSIBILITIES

Documenting financial transactionsMonitoring the efficiency of existing accounting procedures and ensuring they comply with the government regulationsReviewing financial documents to resolve any discrepancies and irregularitiesReconciling already documented reports, statements and various transactionsCreating, reviewing and presenting budgetsRecommending financial actions by analyzing accounting optionsCooperating with auditors in preparing audit reportsGuiding revenue enhancement, cost reduction and profit maximizationPreparing and analysing financial statements like cash flow statements, balance sheets and profit and loss statementSubmitting annual tax returns
