- The Aftersales Manager duties and responsibilities include:
- Selling annual maintenance contract services AMCs rental services, etc for all our product lines.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through aftersales service.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback trends to identify and resolve frequent problems.
- Negotiate contracts with service and product suppliers to ensure a good level of customer service.
- Writing and updating procedures and instructions for the management and use of our products and services.
- Establish and maintain contact with clients and potential clients to assess satisfaction and optimize opportunities for further sales
- Team player.

- Trustworthy and dependable.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Finance, Business management, or its equivalent in relevant courses.
- Extensive experience of 8 – 15 years from either power solutions, industrial products/equipment, technical products or selling maintenance services.
- Must have spent the last 4 years in selling maintenance contracts
- High level of competence in spoken and written English language skills
- Must possess very good business data analytic skills.
