    JOB SUMMARY

    Requirements Bachelor's / Master's Degree in a technical or quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Economics, Computer Science. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Decision Scientist. Proficiency in Python. Experience with databases (SQL, MySQL, etc.) and advanced MS Excel. Proven track record using predictive analytics to impact business outcomes. Background in credit risk modeling: scorecards, vintage analysis, decision trees, roll rate analysis. Familiarity with analytical software, like Power BI, is a plus. Experience with ML Ops on AWS or other cloud-based platforms is an advantage.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Job Description Develop credit and fraud scoring models along with other predictive models. Engage in ongoing optimization and automation of business processes. Craft KPI to gauge the effectiveness of risk strategies and business processes. Oversee project planning, execution, and progress tracking. Prepare requirements, liaise with stakeholders, manage timelines & expectations. Participate in/manage the full model lifecycle: deployment, monitoring, retraining, and updating.
