As a Data Scientist, I have gained experience in inspecting, cleaning, exploring and gaining useful insights from raw, messy and unclean data through participating in projects and online. My responsibilities include preparing real-world data for research and analysis, making exploratory analysis of processed data to gain insights and drive company decisions, making excellent data visualizations to communicate key data concepts to end users, clients and company management. I have worked with a variety of Data Analysis and Science software including Microsoft Excel, MySQL, Python etc. I have experience with different data cleaning, visualization, exploration and analysis tools (examples include numpy, pandas, matplotlib, seaborn etc.) and understand how cloud-based platforms like Microsoft Azure work.

In addition to data analysis and exploration skills, I have developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. I am able to work with non-technical colleagues to understand their needs and translate those into key data solutions.

I am able to think critically and creatively to identify and solve complex data analysis problems. Overall, my experience as a Data Scientist has equipped me with the technical and interpersonal skills needed to succeed in a wide range of data-focused roles.
