JOB SUMMARY

The Team Lead is required to manage the following; Spot Checks and Reporting of Outside Plant Fiber Activities, Milestone and Final Acceptance Testing Escalations and Enforcement of Quality, As Built Documentation as well as maintain and update standards and specification documentation for training purposes.The job involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence during all levels of engagements with customers and stakeholders, proactively providing support and input when required.RequirementsB.Eng Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, ICT and related courses. (2.2/Upper Credit Minimum)5 years experience in Turnkey Fiber Deployment and Civil Works standards and specificationsCFOT is an added advantageGood Knowledge of Fiber Turnkey Deployments and Civil Works and Materials standardsConversant with Microsoft Office Tools, AutoCAD/Visio, A good knowledge of GIS will be an added advantageExcellent Communication and Presentation Skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality Assurance And Compliance on all Outside Plant Deployments and OperationsPeriodic Audit and Verification of As Maintained Information and RecordsUpdating and Maintaining Standards and Specifications DocumentationUpdating and Maintaining Training DocumentationWeekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting on Performance Indices as required in the Infrastructure Quality UnitBuild and maintain a healthy relationship with customers and stakeholdersDrive internal and external training initiatives for team members.
