Program Operation support and procurement.

  • Closely monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and trouble-shoot issues affecting program delivery at field level, drawing on support from operations and relevant departments within the country office.

  • Interact with vendors, in coordination with Operations Manager; coordinating with the Finance department to ensure payments are facilitated in a timely manner
  • Ensure goods are received in accordance with Save the children standards.
  • Prepare the required documentation of supplies and transactions are completed to SC standards.
  • Update Completed PR Master list with all assigned PRs.
  • Preparing payments for all assigned procurements
  • File completed transactions as necessary
  • Assist the Operations Manager and office staff with procurement activities, as required;
  • Identify assets during the course of procurement and notify the Asset Controller on receipts of assets.

Guest house management

  • Supervice all incoming vendors, and also ensure all work are done tidy and to requestor satisfactory
  • Follow up on office, guest house and warehose lease, addendum, vetting, and contract to ensure is up to date.
  • Coordinate in creating of office space.
  • Ensure all incoming guest get approval/TAR attached with flight request.
  • Follow up on replenish of guest house consumables and toiletries 
  • Ensure regular and timely payment of lease, DSTV and NEPA.
  • Ensure guest house is kept clean and tidy for staff use.
  • Ensure all facilities are always in good condition 
  • Prepare quarterly maintenance and furmigation.
  • Ensure all outgoing guest to fill the guest house assessment form to enable supervisor to know other issue within the guest house, eg cooks, cleaning, ironing facilities, staff safety and their items while staying.

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment ensuring fairness, speed and efficiency throughout the process.
