Have a best practice professional exposure through working at the 300 bed capacity  mother and child care center of university of medical sciences, Ondo city. Trained and mentored over 45 midwifery students in proper techniques, care standards, operational procedures and safe motherhood protocols in the last two years and participated as team member in mother and child care project that target the reduction of  maternal death by 50% and children deaths by 30% in Ondo state, Nigeria. This received an applauding recognition from WHO and UNICEF as our 300 bed maternity center successfully reduced child mortality and improved maternal health in the state and its environs.
