PERSONAL STATEMENTS
I am a dedicated customer/patient care executive who is passionate about the wellbeing of people around. Hence, my volunteer as a medical care assistant in my clinic. I have been assisting with basic health screening and care on a day-to-day basis as well as my core customer care role in my current employment which has made caring for people especially the vulnerable ones a passion.
I am a dynamic, result driven and customer/patient orienteyd professional with over 15 years of experience in customer/patient service in the health sector. I am also a committed and compassionate volunteer medical care assistant with years of experience working with outpatients both children and adults as well as the elderly. I am well-versed in the delivery of exceptional customer service and patient care while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. Extremely organized team player with exceptional ability to multi-task, work in a team and independently, build positive rapport, inspire trust and guide team members toward achievement of organizational goals and optimized patient care.
As I grew working in a healthcare sector, I have undertaken courses to help enhance my profesionalism in the care sector. Some of which are: The Care Certifcate, Diploma in caregiving, Depression, Safeguarding vulnerable adult and still counting.
Personally, I have cared for my aged mother who was dignosed of breast care about 5years ago. My experience as a healthcare worker made a lot of difference in her care and has since been cancer-free.
I also assisted in the care of my late medical director who was diagnosed of a degenerative disease ALS for about 2 years before her passing.
I am a seeking an opportunity to leverage my experiences in a challenging healthcare environment, improving career skills and maximizing organization’s potential by bringing inventive and innovative ideas in achieving and exceeding set goals.
