Dr Valerie Onyia Babatope is an experienced Lecturer with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Skilled in Youth Leadership, Management, Business Intelligence, and Business Management. I am a strong education professional with research interests in Mentoring, Entrepreneurship, and Organizational Psychology. Awarded for being the best graduating student in Business administration (Class of 2012). Awarded full scholarships for tuition for my Masters and PhD programmes.

Dr Valerie Onyia Babatope is a faculty member at Babcock University, Nigeria. An experienced lecturer and researcher with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. She is also an entrepreneur in the food and services industry and has been consulted as a Human Resources professional for small businesses in Nigeria. She holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Birmingham, UK and a PhD in Business Administration from Babcock University, Nigeria. She teaches Principles of Management and Entrepreneurship skills to undergraduate students and Industrial Psychology, International Marketing and Human Resources Management to postgraduate students. Skilled in Youth Leadership, Management, Business Intelligence, and Business Management. Her research interests are in Human Resources Management, Mentoring, Entrepreneurial Leadership Development and Organizational Psychology.
