Ufwalal Festus

My name is Felicia Ufwalal Festus - Kato, am a Nigerian, an indigene of Plateau State Bokkos LGA. I speak English fluently, Ron and Hausa.

I use my talent and skills to improve a company's goal through dedication, creativity, and customer service delivery. I am a goal getter and an optimist, who is result oriented at my workspace to ensure optimum productivity.

A certified teacher, front desk officer and store Keeper.

I have been able to impact knowledge on my learners, develop their leadership skills, self esteem ,public.speaking, believing in themselves to achieve their dreams.

I've worked as  a front desk officer, where I am regarded to as the face of  my organization.

I attend to all work in guests.

Provide adequate answers and information to all questions.

I receive all letters and files and send to the appropriate offices

I document and keep record of all inventory and items purchases I'm the organization

I report directly to my boss on a weekly/ monthly basis.
