About TAIWO OWONIFARI:

My name is Taiwo Owonifari, I currently work with MFS Africa. I have 4 years+ of experience in Settlement and Reconciliation. A professional with proven experience in Agency banking reconciliation, NIP transfer, dispute resolution, carrying out checks and balances on confirmed chargebacks, Bank analysis, financial reporting, and all card-related issues. 
I’m a problem solver, creative thinker, self-starter, self-motivated and critical thinker with sound judgment as well as the ability to prioritize manage time, and operate effectively with a high level of autonomy. I take ownership by doing what is required and not what is requested.

Experience

I joined Capricorn Digital Limited (Baxi Box) in 2018 as a Finance Officer in Settlement and Reconciliation. 

In 2022, I joined Mfs Africa as a Specialist in Settlement and Reconciliation from 2022 till Date.

Also, I worked with Access Bank in 2017 as a KYC Compliance Officer.

 

Education

I obtained my National Diploma Certificate in Banking and Finance from Lagos State Polytechnic in 2011. Then, I proceeded to the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta where I also obtained my BSc in Banking and Finance from 2012-2015.

I'm a trained Data Analyst from Quantum Analytics. Currently, running a Mini-MBA course in Business Administration from Tekedia Institute.
